"I sent the first one back for a replacement as the device often froze and connecting to the camera was near impossible but I found that the replacement is just the same. Have to unplug then re-plug about once a month as it just freezes."
But another happy shopper said: "Bought this so I could video my mum at any time and same for her too. Sound quality is very good and picture very good and easy to use.
"Price was very good for the size. Does all other things as well with the app. Holds lots of information. All settings are easy. Very happy."
