Beating Usyk 'won't' make Dubois an all-time great as big puncher told what is required to surpass Fury and Joshua
Usyk and Dubois face off in a highly-anticipated rematch this weekend, with all four belts in the heavyweight division up for grabs
Daniel Dubois will still have work to do to suppress the achievements of both Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua even if he can come out on top where they had failed by defeating Oleksandr Usyk.
That's the view of former two-time world champion and household name Amir Khan, who reckons a victory over the Ukrainian won't put Dubois amongst the pantheon of boxing greats from these shores just yet.
IBF heavyweight champion Dubois faces Usyk this weekend for a second time for the undisputed title, having previously lost to the 2012 Olympic gold medallist in 2023.
The Brit comes into the Wembley Stadium showdown in a rich vein of form and cemented his position as a legitimate world champion when he took apart Joshua in five rounds last year.
Usyk has emerged victorious in all seven of his bouts with UK fighters so far, scoring two wins against both Fury and Joshua along with his triumphs against Dubois, Derek Chisora and Tony Bellew.

Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois will fight to become the undisputed heavyweight champion on Saturday, July 19.
Fans can order the fight on DAZN PPV for £24.99 or get it free with a DAZN Annual plan.
But even if the London-boxer can upset the odds against the unbeaten, two-weight undisputed champion on Saturday night, Khan believes he still has a long way to go to reach the heights of his peers Fury and Joshua.
Speaking to Genting Casino, he said: "If Dubois wins it's hard to say he surpassed AJ and Tyson Fury because he's just done it in one fight, whereas these guys have been fighting for many years.
"They’ve been fighting and having these wars with the Wilders and all of these, so it's hard to say that. But If he keeps on winning, he can.
"If he beats Usyk this time and he has to maybe have three or four more good named fighters he has to beat, and then I think he surpasses (them).
Khan doesn't give Dubois a prayer of avenging his defeat to Usyk under the lights at Wembley, despite his superior size advantage over the Ukrainian
"Power doesn't matter to him," he added. "Size doesn't matter to that guy. He's just a good overall boxer and knows how to use his hands. He will hit you with shots that you're not going to see.
"And he then follows them shots up, so yeah, even if it goes to 12 rounds, I got Usyk winning that fight because Dubois’s going to try to pot shot him all the time.
"So I don't give Dubois any chance, I'm sorry."
