The Loch Lomond hotel that is 'piece of paradise' you can book for half price
"The views are simply stunning."
A luxury hotel situated along the edge of one of Scotland's most iconic lochs can be booked for half price. One recent guest described the accommodation as "a little piece of paradise".
The Lodge on Loch Lomond hotel is situated in a unique location on the beachfront at Luss. As the name suggests, the hotel benefits from panoramic views out over Loch Lomond.
Currently, holidaymakers can book a one-night stay at the Lodge on Loch Lomond with dinner included for £209 on Wowcher—50 per cent off the standard cost of £420. The same deal without dinner is available for £139, which is a discount of 42 per cent off the usual price of £240.
According to Wowcher, all of the rooms at the hotel include amenities such as a "super comfortable double bed with crisp sheets", a flatscreen television, a safe, and a fridge. There will also be an en-suite bathroom with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels.

In addition to a free breakfast in the morning, those who opt for the more expensive deal will also receive a three-course evening meal at the Lodge on Loch Lomond's waterfront restaurant. Among the dishes available are seaweed wrapped coley with carrot puree, grilled hispi cabbage with crispy tofu, and Scotch beef burger.
The hotel is also home to the AmberRose Spa, which includes facilities such as a sauna, an aroma steam room, and a thermal suite. There are also a range of treatments available, including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and more.
While the Lodge on Loch Lomond has earned positive reviews, some holidaymakers may prefer to stay in another hotel. The nearby Loch Lomond Arms, which has also received positive feedback from guests, is a 17th-century coaching inn with a bar and restaurant.
Elsewhere, for those who want to be closer to nature, the Luss Campsite is home to a wide variety of tent pitches. The site offers spectacular views out over Loch Lomond.
On Tripadvisor, the Lodge on Loch Lomond has an overall rating of 4.1 out of five. A total of 3,664 holidaymakers have reviewed the hotel on the travel site.

One guest shared: "We had an overnight stay with dinner and breakfast. We had our dog with us.
"The room was spotless and ideal for our purposes. The food was enjoyable, with a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant.
"The staff were absolutely incredible. They were a delight."
A more mixed review reads: "The breakfast was nice and a good selection on offer. The thing that let it down was the evening meal, I had haddock and chips but it was all batter with the smallest slither of fish and the deserts were over priced at £9 for the smallest portion in the smallest bowl of the special sticky toffee pudding that I had."
But another happy guest wrote: "A little piece of Paradise on the shores of Loch Lomond. My husband and I visit the beautiful Lodge on the Loch every year, and have just returned from yet another amazing stay, feeling relaxed and refreshed!
"The location of the hotel, and views from the bedroom balconies and the restaurant, are simply stunning."
