Massive £250,000 cannabis haul discovered in Dundee as man arrested

A man has been arrested after over £250,000 worth of cannabis was discovered in Dundee.
Officers executed a warrant at an address on Blackness Road in the city at around 8.35am on Monday, August 18.
Police raiding the property found a cannabis cultivation with an estimated street value of £262,500.
A 47-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the discovery.
He is due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Tuesday, August 19.
Detective Sergeant David Feeney said: “Police Scotland is committed to tackling violence and drug dealing in our communities.
“With the help and support of the public we will continue to target anyone involved in organised criminal activity.
