Royal Ascot 2025 racing results in full from Day One

It was the first day of the five-day extravaganza with some spectacular racing

King Charles III and Queen Camilla arrive in the royal carriage during day one of Royal Ascot

The sun was shining as Royal Ascot kicked off in fine fashion to the delight of the bumper Berkshire crowd.


The five-day festival got underway this year and there were some thrilling races across the seven card opening opening day.


Docklands narrowly got the better of Rosallion in a thrilling climax to the Queen Anne Stakes in the first race of the day - with huge outsider Cairo in third.


Gstaad blew the Coventry Stakes field apart to give Aidan O'Brien an 11th win in the Royal Ascot feature, first past the post at 7/2. Here are the results in full from the first day
